Born in August 1992, Vali Rusanescu got to know music from an early age, his parents participating in countless events where he was indispensable.
Noticing that he has a clear inclination towards the artistic side, his mother enrolled him in sports dance classes in Pitesti, where he practiced this sport for a good period of time, performing at countless national and international competitions.
At the age of 16, after an injury, he could no longer keep up with the pace of performance training, but the opportunity arose to be part of a cabaret band where he got to know everything that the entertainment industry from the whole country meant at that time.
The years passed and the dance troupe turned into a real event organization company.
Here he got to know sound systems, working with sound engineers from Pitesti, but also from the country.
After a period in which he only made sure that the sound was suitable for each organized event, he met the first mixing console and that’s when „love” appeared.
Because dance and the workshops related to it develop rich musical knowledge, and the events offer you the opportunity to get to know the industry, you only had to learn technically what to do in a party night.
He started easily with private events, and after some time the opportunity appeared to play music on the coast, where for 2 years he was active in several locations in the south of the coast.
He returned to Pitesti, where an old friend decided to open a club and where he started working as a resident.
The club was renamed Taboo, where he worked as a resident for 7 years. Here he shared the stage with all the artists of the moment, DJs and singers.
Because the public in Pitesti is a very difficult one and this aspect being known throughout the country, he was also invited to other locations in Romania.
The pandemic affected the whole industry, but a small gang from Pitesti, at that time, managed to reunite in a successful formula and create several shows on MFM Dance Radio where for 2 years they broadcast on FM and online, so that club music is not very far from the listeners.
Over time, his mixes were heard on several radio stations such as KissFM, MFM Dance Radio, Dance FM.
Although trends change, he is convinced of the idea that a club must offer an experience and not just 2-3 „trendy” pieces thrown into an ambiguous set, otherwise everything will be „consumed” quickly and the audience will wake up the next day only with a headache.
Thus, Dj Vali Rusanescu is determined to offer experiences in his sets, not just for 1 hour, but for a whole club night.
